Me any friends took trip to Everest Base Camp last fall and had wonderful time together with the team of HAT. They have unique value added treks in Himalayas which eventually turns out to be more beneficial for our physical and mental health. We had the trek leader Mr. Ang Ngwang Sherpa who would speak only what is required in right time and rest communication assured with his assistants and funny porters who never failed to keep us smiling even in the harsh condition. Their therapeutic breathing yoga exercises in the morning and therapeutic muscle relaxation session at the end of every trek made our every next day more refreshing. Never got tired of walking for that reason we did not miss a thing during their Healing Everest Base Camp Trek from listening to the sound of winds in the morning to taking them inside our body to make ourselves light enough so that we do not feel personal weight while walking during the trek in day time. Highly recommended who would be seeking high end life changing trekking experiences in Himalayas, literally they are even doing huge activities to fight against climate change and conserve the nature of Himalayas. We also visited their community forest conservation campaign running as prototype in Gorkha, near Mt. Manaslu. Enjoyed a lot.
